Three Great Mobile Apps Developed by Students

Building mobile apps takes time, knowledge and skill. Some developers hone the craft sooner rather than later.

Last December, K¹² challenged students to use their technology skills and love of science to develop their own mobile app. Contestants had to base their app on one of three themes: earth and the environment, space and the solar system, or transportation.

The following three students won an iPad Mini for their  impressive skills:

Theme: Transportation
