Take the Virtual Stage for the Third Annual Music Showcase
Update: This contest has ended and the winners can be viewed here. Thank you to all who entered!
Mic check 1, 2, 1, 2! Calling all musicians to step up to the microphone and enter K12‘s third annual Music Showcase!
Does your child get excited about singing? Spend their free time practicing an instrument? Play in a band? All of these? Then this is the contest for them!
Have your student create a video showing off their musical talent for a chance to be a grade level winner, or be the overall Best in Show!
Your child’s excitement for rhythm, beats, and harmony will serve as inspiration to compose their masterpiece. Their stage presence, musicianship, and style will be their guide to creating a solo piece, duet, orchestration, fugue, glee, quartet, or any style they desire.
Entries will be accepted through our “What’s Your Story?” page along with a video of their performance. All entries must be received no later than 5 PM (ET) on Friday, July 31, 2015. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for prizes.
