Color Vibe 5K

 The Great Amazing Race

This family-friendly race competition is modeled after the TV show The Amazing Race, where teams of two (adults and kids grades K–12) complete a one-mile course speckled with fun team-oriented challenges. Check their list, and see when they’ll be in your area!

 

 

 

 Bubble Run

Is the idea of a mud run too dirty for you? Rather do something a little cleaner? Try Bubble Run! Kids six and under are free with a paid adult, and jogging strollers are welcomed.

 

 

 

 

Battle Frog – TadPole Dash

“This fun-filled course is right-sized for our racers ages four to eight. The TadPole Dash is eight+ obstacles, through 400 meters, and is guaranteed to deliver a new experience of self-discovery. Children will learn they can take on these new and exciting challenges … getting totally muddy and having the time of their lives.

Tough Mudder – Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder

“Tough Mudder ain’t just for grown-ups anymore. Introducing Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder: a one-mile obstacle course designed specifically for kids. Featured at all Tough Mudder events in the US, UK and Ireland and open to kids over 42” tall, Fruit Shoot Mini Mudder gives kids a chance to work as a team, get muddy and experience the thrill of adventure.”

 

 

 Savage Race

Presented by the Air Force Reserves for ages 12 and under.

“Even the kids can join in on the Savage Race action! The Savage Junior Race is a great way to get the kids involved in the day’s festivities and provide an adventurous memory they won’t soon forget. The race will feature 10–12 junior obstacles laid out on a fun and challenging 1/2 mile course.”
